So irritating! He does the same thing to me! Sure, He's all polite about it, letting me ramble on about how things are, and how I think they should be.

Then he does his God-thing and works them out the way He thinks they should be. Usually sidestepping all my ideas in the process.

SO, now, I just need to follow up with the 'You're OK,' part. Not an easy thing to follow at all.

oh amy this post makes me cry! you are such a GREAT mom and such an inspiration to me! thank you for sharing this letter to nathan on your blog! i pray so much for my kids...mostly because i'm so scared i'm going to mess them up! ;) and it is so great to see what the future may hold for a godly child...i think i have godly toddlers but who knows!?! I adore "Let it Rain" when the rain pours outside as it has this winter, that song repeats itself inside me as a prayer to God. Mandie has a beautiful gift and I'm so glad she shares it with us and enables us to join the song.

Love your blog...as always!! And so very true about Mandie! I sit 3 or 4 rows from the middle front so I can be close enough to see everything going on without using the side monitors :-) and most importantly I sit near the front so I can be close to the worship team and so they can drown my own not so on pitch voice! Nothing fills me more spiritually then singing praise! My favorite has always been "Better Then One Day"

Hi Amy. This is such a good analogy. Clean dirt is what we all want to be for the precious seed that God has planted in our lives. We want our lives to be His harvest field! And when God made us from the dust, I think it's referred to that because dust would be the finest, purest form of dirt. We were all created to be clean dirt before the fall and are now because of Jesus. He's so awesome!

Hey; great blog! We used to sit in the front left until our last baby was born; now we hang in the back center in case we need to make a quick stroller getaway!! Hi Amy, I am so excited Mandi has a new CD. My favorite worship song is You Are My King (Amazing Love). I used to sit next to you in the middle section and I so miss it. It is still very hard for me when I think of all of you and how much I miss it all. Very sad I wont be there for the MOVE :^(

Oh my gosh!!! I feel like you are writing about me. How do you do that? I know how...God uses you as an instrument to talk to me, because I think I have been to stubborn to listen to other ways He is telling me these things, so He sends me to you, because you speak "my language". Thank you God and thank you Amy.
Please pray for my relationship with Him and for me to obey and follow faithfully.
